Some of you may already know this, but I wanted to make sure that everyone
is clued in. I will soon be going on maternity leave, and in my absence,
Steve Wade Neiterman has agreed to oversee the work of implementing Scopus'
SupportTEAM and WebTEAM for the new help desk, and possibly beyond. He
will be acting as Technical Project Manager, working closely with the
existing "tooltime" team, the help desk staff, Scopus consultants, and
other stakeholders and interested groups on campus. Since signing the
purchase contract on Friday, Steve and I have begun trying to figure out
all the things that need to get done in order to get this product up and
running.

You can also rest assured that anything sent to the tooltime mailing list
will be seen by Steve as he has become an official member of that team. In
fact, if you are trying to get in touch with me and are unsure whether or

I am really glad that Steve was willing to work with us on this tools
effort! It gives me much greater peace of mind knowing that all will run
smoothly in my absence.
