More on the Log Duplication Error

I have not been able to duplicate the duplicate log problem.
However, I have noticed some interesting things.
Duplicates are being created with the same creation timestamp
as the original log...but the seconds are truncated, and the
date the record was actually created (according to the Log
Trail button) may be much later:
