We are so excited about having MIT as a customer. Welcome and congrats!
Generally 2 - 3 weeks of lead time is what we ask. We should definitely
talk. I want to discuss a few things with you regarding the proposal and
the kerberos proof of concept component built into the original high level
plan, now that we understand from our end what needs to happen to our
product to accomodate this.

We are really looking forward to working with you and your team! Let me
know when we can talk about timing and specifics.

Regards,
Joan

I realize we still need to work on and finalize a consulting agreement
between Scopus and MIT. But, now that we have a signed purchase contract
(Yeah!) I was wondering if you could give me some sense as to how quickly
Scopus consultants could be ready to begin work with us.
