The following three modifications to the email gateway have been made and
moved to production.
1. Signature on the reply email has been modified.
Replaced "The MIT Support Process" with "MIT Computing Help"
2. Added line feed to first line of the reply acknowledgement
message (per hoffmann request :-)
3. Restricted warehouse lookup on email address to only email from
the mit.edu domain. (another hoffmann suggestion).
