I took a look at the SQL code and your correct, the SQL only excludes
Closed. Seems like a very simple fix, the Lookup button Tcl code and the
View Hits SQL code need to be updated to exclude CANCEL.
For now, let's add it to the bug/suggession database and then we can assign
it a release version number.
