We really need to send bug reports to Scopus after we
1. Make a determination that the bug is repeatable
2. We have no internal knowledge of how to fix the problem
3. The problem is something that should be resolved
Sending in bug reports is important as a way for us to track progress on
bugs out of our control and to utilize resources properly.
Debi and Barbara, let's talk about this on Monday and determine the process
for sending in reports.
