There was a problem with the nightly cron process to resolve the
frozen/thawed records.
This has been resolved and the script ran to completion around 8:30 this
morning.
Also, I updated the script to unlock all locked records.
The process will normally run at 10:30 each night. It takes only a few
seconds.
