- BrioQuery does not appear under the software field.  Can we add it?
Folks from the Data Warehouse team will be counting on having some quick
way to locate and monitor Brio questions.

- I had asked Debi to create a couple of guest accounts which she did.  We
do need to discuss how we are going to deal with those folks who help staff
the Help Desk during otherwise short-staffed times, the Help the Help
Deskers.  Guest accounts or their own accounts?

- It would be more helpful to have the mail sent to helpsuper as a result
of the email feed not being to load the database include the entire
original email message from the customer.  That way, we do not have to go
and try to find it in the discuss meeting.  Is this easy or difficult to do?
