As you know, we are going live with the new suite of help tools on Monday.
Though I don't think it is wise to invite our whole customer community to
hop on the Web interface on day one, I do want to do a targeted invitation
to some IT Partner types to start using it and to help us work out the
kinks. Following is a list of 25 IT Partners I would like to invite to
pilot the web interface. They include all those that have been given the
Experts Express number plus a few more. If you have strong reservations
about anyone on the list being in the pilot group, or have other names you
would like to see included in the pilot group, please let me know.
