Yes, I believe this should be enough.

I would toss this back in their court. Every time I ask about RemoteTEAM,
I am told it is a phased out product, so I do not know why they would keep
language pertaining to it in their contract.

I don't think this should be a problem re: confidentiality. I don't think,
however that the server is currently dial-up accessible, and I don't know
whether or not making it so might cause a problem. I welcome thoughts from
tooltime folks on this.
