Questions re: Scopus:

- Can students have username be the same as that used in FileMaker and not
their Athena usernames?

- What fields can you search on, what fields can't be searched on using
QBE.  We know that Summary and History are not really searchable using QBE
which is why we have scripts.  But, it appears as though some/all of the
personal info fields (department, etc.) are non-searchable.

- Boolean searches - are there any reasonable ways, besides modifying the
SQL statements in the Modify Results Set, to do boolean searches?  Should
we identify some common boolean searches and write scripts to accomplish
them?  Should we do 1-hour training session on how to do boolean searches
using SQL?

- Printing - what is the best way to print log text at this point -
probably using the Web interface

- If we expect student consultants to use the Web interface for printing
logs and Scopus for all other consultant work, then we need to figure out a
way to handle the number of personal certificates we would need to have on
each call center machine to enable this.  (We cannot expect that upon start
up of each shift a consultant will kick off Scopus which is really slow
starting, AND run the process of getting a personal certificate.)

- Will future releases of a tools include a spell checker?

- Can the F7/F6 key used for time/date stamping be changed to follow same
keystroke they are used to in FileMaker for time/date stamping (Cmd/Ctrl-1)?

- Under the History entries, whatever you pick it puts date and time stamp,
followed by your name last name first, but only displays 13 or so
characters and truncates.  If you use F6/F7 for just a date time stamp, it
grabs just your username.  Could history entries be modified to do the same
thing as the date/time stamp?

- Could we change text on History button to read something like "audit
trail" instead?  Currently it gets confused with log history, which is not
what that button provides.

- Could we change text on the two clear buttons to indicate their
difference - Clear button at top of screen clears the screen; clear button
beneath lookup fields clears only looked up information (maybe this one
could say "clear lookup")?

- Can you search logs based on date ranges?  This is something we have done
a lot for quarterly reporting purposes.  Maybe we need to accomplish via
BrioQuery...

- How is the log number protected if at all.  It appears as though you can
type over the log number with another number.  Will it stop you from saving
if what you type over with is a duplicate log number?  If it is not a
duplicate log number, will it then save as another log?

- When doing a find or a lookup, you always get a separate result set
window even when only one row is found.  Could this be changed to plug the
data right into the log window when only 1 row is found?
