This looks good, thanks.
In the first paragraph, I would add "... you need a database account and
Oracle SQL*Net".
Can the readme say where to send questions if there is a problem with the
installer or someone has questions?
If you, Rob and David have completed testing of the installer, I would then
proceed to send mail to netreq, have them install both the installer and
the readme.
