The password changer under the Help Desk menu in Scopus DOES work. It is a
clear text password changer, but it works.
The MOTD administration is kooky. After typing in a new message, there is
no apparent way to tell it to save. So, you click on the Close button, and
then it asks you if you want to discard all changes since your last save.
If you say yes to this, it saves the message. Typically bizarre...
