Hi Steve,
Our helpdesk received a call from someone named Barry Davidson who said he
was investigating using Scopus as their call tracking tool at his company.
He wouldn't say what company he was from, and he got cut off while we were
talking. He did say it had something to do with sales automation, and that
Scopus gave them our helpdesk as a reference. This logically implies that
he does not work for Scopus.
I was considering contacting you to check whether you might want to call
him, and he did say he'd give me his number, but I didn't get it before we
got cut off.
Barry was interested in speaking with Scopus programmers to determine
whether they would be able to maintain such a custom solution in the long
run and how many people would need to be allocated to building it. He was
also interested in learning whether we ran into any particular difficulties
or limitations of the Scopus interface.
It seems appropriate to have this contact information in the tooltime record.
