Here are a bunch of changes...thanks a bunch!

1.) Could you make the main screen look like:

2.) We have several log stati. What logs are grabbed when the "Open"
status is selected? Does that just mean not Closed, or does it exclude
Taken, Waiting, New, Installation, etc.?
3.) Gap Analysis: We'll need to add a Next Step field to Oracle. We'll
need to also need to make sure the Log Status field and Category fields
have all the current values, i.e.

Unseen
Frozen
Pending
Referred
Taken
Waiting
Installation
Closed
Cancel??
Categories (yes, I think we should add this to the submit screen, but I
think it would be hard to make users choose among them. Let's leave the
choice off the submit screen for now.)

4.) The table is a bit messed up in the log screen. This problem can be
fixed by changing COLSPAN=6 to COLSPAN=5 in two cells: the ones holding the
Department and Summary fields. (The HR cells should still remain COLSPAN=6).
Also, for some reason the line containing the Rec'd By label and field, the
Modified label and field, and the Closer label and field is messed up...the
fields aren't there, just the labels and thus the alignment is also off.
5.) The bgcolor tags for the fields in the log screen only have 5 F's
instead of six.
6.) Underneath the History field at the bottom of the read-only log info,
can we add the Install Description field (the MIT_DESC field in the MIT_NI
table)?
7.) Can we put " " in any empty "fields" in the log screen, thus it
will still look like a white box instead of just being missing.
8.) Can we change Firstname to First Name and Lastname to Last Name?
9.) Can we put a colon and space between each "field name" in the log
screen, otherwise the text version looks as follows, and is also hard to
read in Lynx.

10.) Can we change "Your modification has been successfully recorded as
listed" to "Log #XXXXXX has been successfully updated".
11.) Can we change the link "Log ID XXXXXX" on the success page to "Log
#"Log ID XXXXXX: More Info"
12.) For some reason on the success page, the "Case History" label is way
over to the right. Should be aligned left.
13.) Can we change "Logid [XXXXXX] was not found in the database" to "Log
#XXXXXX was not found in the dataabase."
14.) Change "If any of the following information is incorrect, please make
the necessary changes. Note that no matter what name you type in, only you
will be able to look at this case via the Web." to "If any of your contact
information is incorrect, please make a note of it in the 'Problem
Description' field, below. (To make a permanent change, notify the
Personnel or Registrar's office, as appropriate). Only the individual
listed will be able to view this case from the Web."
