scopus abrruptly exit

Hi:
I got reproducible application error running scopus32.exe under NT
4.0. Scopus application abrruptly exit after I did the followings:
1. Click "taken" drop down menu and select my username, alani
2. select "category" to VMS-UNIX, then go to "find log"
3. double click one list out of the three matches
4. update that selected log
5. click on "save", but got "\systemRoot\System32\drivers\bhnt.sys
device driver could not be loaded Error Status was OXC000012f" and the OK button
6. click on OK button, got "An application error has occurred and an
application error log is being generated." "scopus32.exe" "Exception: access
violation (OXC0000005), addr OX00453168" and scopus32 exit abnormally.
I repeat the steps and same application crash happened again.
Could anyone debug and fix this problem?
