Steve,
using the helpus database on help-them, Peter R., Peter L., Rob S., and
Barbara G. are unable to get in. The message we get is:
ora-01045: user %s lacks CREATE SESSION privilege; logon denied.
Also, the password program now runs pretty far through its sequence, since you
pointed out how to get the usd*.dll file from the win3.1 version of oracle,
but it fails at the end, probably for the same reason as the login failure above.
