One of the items I am following up on is improved/updated Scopus documentation.
I received the following mail today, which seems to be a benefit. I like
the idea of using their Web pages to get the most recent documentation,
however, I am not a big fan of Adobe Acrobat.

Subject: Web News: Scopedia gets ensnared in our web
Web News
Scopedia goes online
From this moment on, you (and our customers) can peruse our wondrous
documentation on the web at
http://www.scopus.com/customers/scopedia/scopedia.html
This is the result of teamwork between Ralph Wilson of TIE and the IS
Dept's seminal Web Services section (staffed by yours truly).
You can find links to Scopedia Web Edition:
* on the homepage sidebar (in the coming weeks, the other sidebars
will be
inheriting this link too)
* in the sitemap for customers
What you need to gain access:
* registration on the web- you register directly on the website (see the
customer section on the sidebar or the sitemap)
* a copy of Adobe Acrobat Viewer installed on your machine (Acrobat
Reader
version 3 is now shipping and it's free; we provide the links to the Adobe
download site)
* patience- some documents are multimegabytes and if you're not on
T1, you
might want to take a break while downloading (we're going to incorporate
the Acrobat streaming "byte-serving" capabilities over the coming months to
deliver byte-size pieces of the file)
