Based on today's Help Desk staff meeting, here is an updated schedule. The
major changes include:
- Delayed Tue Oct 15 "statement of record" release date
- Wed Oct 16 - Release 1.0 completed, acceptance testing completed, results
sent to Bill Hogue with recommendation. Acceptance testing
is designed to identify critical issues (e.g. show stoppers)
that would preclude consultants from doing work as outlined
in the release 1.0 functional specification.
- Thu Oct 17 - Help Desk staff review recommendation
- Fri Oct 18 - 5:00 pm - Possible date for release 1.0 rollout

Release 1.0 concluded with acceptance test document
Thu Oct 17 Help Desk Staff agree on rollout date (based on acceptance
testing, sufficient training, deployment and general readyness
to begin using Scopus)
Continue with release 1.0 support activities, including
deployment and testing of password changing program, final
check of production database (migrate test to production),
test database management issues (e.g. install SNS), etc.
Fri Oct 18 Migrate Filemaker data to production 5:00 pm ?????
