Export and Import of test/production database

As we agreed upon, I have coordinated with Database Services to begin the
export/import of the database today.
Carol Leclair stated that there should not be any impact on performance
until around 4:00 pm. The test database is useable during the
export/import.
This will allow the tooltime team to begin testing against the production
database during next week.
The issues involve knowing what changes we have made on test in order to
make a decision on how to migrate the changes to production. As we talked
about during previous team meetings, the options include making the same
change to both database or performing another export/import to move the
changes from test to production.
