Response from Scopus on Mac issues.  Looks like they are still trying to
connect to our database to resolve the child window problem.

I also alerted them to other Mac issues (clipboard pasting problems,
printing, sorting on a response window, long startup time, using old
version of SQL*Net).  Their response (other than the SQL*Net issue) is to
generate seperate log numbers.

I was able to log into their web site and send in a question using our
account.  This appears to be better than calling (and waiting on the line).

We are still looking at a connectivity problem on our end. I am sorry for
the delay. I will continue to work on this issue and let you know of our
progress. As far as the other issues, you should go ahead and submitt
seperate logs for each issue. It is likely that other engineers will take
up those issues. You may report your issues in a varity of ways: e-mail,
the Scopus Website (you must register as a user) or via telephone.

We would have to check as to when we will be certified on SQL*NET version
2.1 as well as when it may be released. As soon as we have information, we
will contact you. Thanks again for your patience.
