1. Assign resources and asses effort to complete release 1.0b4:
- Team reviewed each item that affects the 1.0b4 release. For each
item, applied a resource, effort level, status and optional comments,
issues. See list below.
- Added items 86 (Review Data Probe) and items 87 through 91 from
the Software Support Meeting (7/10).
- Based on level of effort, decided that 1.0b4 release will be at
end of day August 2, 1996.
- Decided that testing will take place the week of August 5th with
a feedback meeting to be scheduled for Friday August 9th.
Issues: MacWord starts August 7th, Lynne out this week.
- Potential rollout date now slated for mid August.
2. Discuss options for contingency planning:

- Please give some thought to potential problems and possible
workarounds prior to next meeting.
3. Update on other activities:
- Bryn is leaving the Help Desk for Aero & Astro. Thanks for your
help and hope to see you again when "celebrate" a rollout.
- Production machine is progressing, there are weekly milestones
to reach a stable state.
- Tooltime meetings the first two weeks in August will be moved
to 16-720 while 11-124A is used for Athena documentation packaging.
- There has been some contact with Scopus on the Mac issues. Waiting
for a reply. May need to escalate within MIT (cmitch?).
