After yesterday's OCMG meeting, Lorraine Rappaport approached me to
say that NICIT, the network installation improvement team, came up
with several requirements for the help desk tracking tool. Lorraine
asked who the requirements should be sent to.
I asked her to send them to tooltime or Barbara. I also mentioned that
we're honing in on requirements, and getting their input to us soon
would be a good thing.
