Agenda:
1. Assign resources and asses time to complete items in three
categories (see below) from 1.0b3 feedback:
A. Critical for release 1.0,
B. Needs research for release 1.0,
C. Needs research with recommendation
Also need to added items from Software Product meeting (7/10) to the
list below and any other items that may have been left off the list
from previous conversations.
Plan time for a 1.0b4 release and develop process to test and asses.
2. Discuss options for contingency planning
3. Update on other activities (production machine, macintosh issues,
documentation, etc.)

CRITICAL FOR RELEASE 1.0
S1 53. When data warehouse look-up fails, deletes previous contents.
S1 55. Print button is broken.
(Main screen and/or housecall?)
S1 57. Too many "discard changes?" messages.
Remove category event; at Save, check for other open children.
S1 62. Consistency of how phone#'s get displayed from data warehouse.
Warehouse data import filter will strip initial 22 and 25 on 7 digit
phone numbers.

S1 66. Result set from "My Log Record" script does not backfill.
S1 68. Alt phone/dept/role/MIT status are not searchable in the
warehouse info.
Add * to field label and button of searchable fields.
S1 73. FM data needs to be imported into NetInstall table.
S1 76. Is the use of role appropropriate?
Remove enduser default. Blank will be default. Populate lookup
table.
S1 78. Change warehouse lookup so that it's sorted on lastname then
firstname.
S1 82. Remove software category/sup/unsup/partially supported fields.
Deconstrain software/software version.
S1 83. Swap summary and history with fields below.
S1 85. Inform team/thaw frozen.

R, S1 54. Non-numeric value in date field crashes Scopus.
Couldn't reproduce, but need to examine the Scopus behavior.
R, S1 64. Shortcut methods for standard history entries. (DNLM, LMFCB, etc.)
R, S1 65. Difficult to search summary field.
R, S1 69. History field not searchable.
Make field searchable. Will look into extent of performance
problems.
R, S1 75. Unlocking records from backfill doesn't work. We'll need
to check all result sets: My Pending Logs, Logbust, Find Log

R 70. Can F7 key put date/timestamp at button of history field.

disabled.
