Testing Checklist for Beta One
1. Can you open a new log?
2. Can you autofill the client information with your own name etc.?
3. Can you fill in hardware, o/s, and software information?
o Did the pick lists do the right things?
o Can you change the choices?
o Did the supported flag work?
4. Can you make a time stamped entry in the history field?
5. Did the status tab get updated?
6. Can you set the Call Category, Call queue and status fields?
7. Can you save the record?
8. Can you call the record you just saved back up, make changes and resave
it?
9. Can you close this record?
o Did the right fields get updated and/or did the required fields for
closure work?

1. Did you have any operating system errors?
o If so what were you doing at the time?
o What, in addition to scopus was running?
o Was it recoverable or did you have to reboot?
2. Did you have any oracle or scopus errors?
