1. Roundtable
This item was tabled until next week due to lack of time. The
majority of the meeting focused on the test plan.
Please use email to report issues and status as an alternative
to waiting for the next meeting on Tuesday May 28 10:00 am.
2. Test plan review
- Wade handed out first draft of test plan
- Team reviewed, notes incorporated into next draft
- Second draft of test plan will be published. Team responsibility
will be to review and comment/correct.
3. Planning, next steps and action items
- Lynne, Harold, Cynthia, Joanne to send Peter a listing of reports
needed to conduct business based on the new application.
Peter will collate into one document. This information gathering
step will help make a decision on how to proceed to produce reports,
what tools are needed, what skill sets are needed. Peter has
stated that he will have an initial listing by the end of this week.
- Lynne/Peter to coordinate issues of field use (e.g. mandatory) and
report on this item next week. Wade believes this needs to be part
of the Design Specification.
- Lynne/Peter to produce checklist of items for testing no later than
June 7.
- Peter to send first draft of storybook by the end of this week.
