HELP comp soft/hardware for Small Business

First time user of newsgroup, please let me know if I'm not in the right
place!
We are a small business looking for a Software/hardware package to do
the following for a wholesale/retail operation with multi-user,
multi-tasking multi-locations.
Point of Sale, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing,
Inventory Control, Payroll with all functions affecting the General
Ledger. Must utilize EDI and barcode input. It must allow for
multi-vendor pricing and product updating via EDI. Have a non-stock
catalog updated via EDI.
We would like to hear from anyone who could help us in this matter!
