My company has implemented SAP R/3 (now on version 3.1G), and has constructed
two interfaces beteen SAP and Lotus Notes. We had assistance from Coopers
& Lybrand. One interface is for service management, to enable Field
Engineers to work "offline" from SAP, and the other is for managing
engineering changes.
Both are working, although as with any interface there are issues to overcome.
