There are different levels of locating the log-on language.
If You try to log on to the OSS, you should be able to find a note
describing just this issue eg. 30287.
It is not a NT question, it is a question of setting up SAP.

I am having a problem, the first logon screen i get is in german, and only
when i login as SAP*, i get my menu in englsh. can somebody pl tell me how
to get the first logon screen in english
