Any experience with IBI SNAPpack for R/3?

I would be interested in hearing about any experience with any of:
- SNAPpack Open Reporter for R/3
- SNAPpack Power Reporter for R/3
- SNAPpack SmartMart for R/3
- SNAPpack DataMigratro for R/3
I would like to know:
- Is it easy to install and set up?
- Is it easy to use once set up?
- What benefits did you get?
- Why did you choose not to use R/3 tools (Report Writer, Report Painter,
Query, ABAP)?
