We did the whole process modeling with ARIS TOOLSET.
The handling is a little bulky and the GUI is very complex.
The is no way to use it effectively if you don't know about the
ARIS-Architecture.
There is few development for the product. (it seems)
To use it effectively all project members have to use it. Then you have
to buy the server version (or put it on a fileserver, where it is limited
to one person at a time.
It was the only tool available in 1995, when we started. We use it now
pretty often to lookup the defined processes. Has also templates for
ISO9000 Introduction. It has a dongle.
