As far as I know, SAP offers some migration tools to transfer master
data from R/2 (5.0 and above) to R/3. The tools have to be ordered at a
SAP office (maybe at the headquarter in Waldorf, germany) and are for
free, if you are a SAP-customer (what I would suppose, regarding that
you are using R/2...).
