IMHO yes! But only if you understand and use the methodology behind
ARIS! If you decide to buy it, you should also invest in the basic and
SAP-specific training for the use of ARIS.
If you only use it as a drawing tool, there are cheaper ones.

see above: The ARIS-Methodology of Business Engineering and the long
term business relation between IDS and SAP.
For SAP-Projects ARIS-models are often a kind of "lingua franca" (at
least in .de :)
