Hi Sappers!
Now an easy one.
We want to implant FI + AM + CO, in a medium size firm.
Is enough to have 1 Senior Consultant plus 1 Junior Consultant for FI+AM
during 7 months including 1 for support, and 1 Senior plus 1 Junior for CO
during 7 months including 1 for support?
Administration, programming and courses in those 7 months in pararel with
some other consultants.
I think this is enough but I just wanted to check it out.
