Hi All
I have a question with regards to the maintenance of SAP modules and
the licensing costs associated with it.
Let's say that I intend to purchase the whole suite of SAP modules.
However each of these modules must be customised to exactly fit my
environment. But now a customisation that gets made on one module will
have an effect on the other modules that will be implemented at a later
stage.
Is it common policy for the consulting firm to now charge me for
maintenance work that gets done to ensure that all the modules are on
par with each other even though these modules will only be implemented
at a later stage?
