Cobalt Bay has been asked to recruit for a number of technical,
managerial, and administrative positions in the Northern Virginia area.
There are multiple positions available but only those with clean
backgrounds, excellent references, and a high degree of technical
expertise will be selected. The organization for whom we are
recruiting requires that those selected maintain a high degree of
professionalism as well as possess exceptional technical abilities. The
positions all require technical skills but a limited number also
require proven management experience.

Position Designator: ST-57
Salary: $80K - $110K per year depending upon qualifications and
experience. Very highly qualified applicants may be provided with up
to $5,000 to defray moving costs.

Location: Northern Virginia in the Washington DC suburbs
Employer: Private corporation
Duties: Position supports detailed interface requirements analysis,
subsystem and component interfaces, Application Programming Interfaces
between commercial and developed products, state transition definition
of the transactions, and proposed screen layouts. Develops and
participates in customer and teammate forums for refinement, review and
approval of processes and reports. Supports and participates in quality
assurance and process improvement activities. Ability to plan and
complete tasks with minimal supervision is required.
Experience in implementation and integration of client-server and
Web-based software systems required. Specific experience with SAP R3,
MQ Series Workflow, WebSphere, IBM Visual Age, Web Services highly
desired.
Applicant will be required to submit formal background investigation
application prior to beginning work. Failure to complete or pass
background investigation will result in dismissal.
Requires participation in a collaborative development environment
involving multiple teammates and companies. Office location will be in
Northern Virginia. Requires periodic local travel to teammate and
customer locations in Northern Virginia.
