I think it's too early to find experienced 4.5/6 consultants yet - we're
still in the middle of getting to grips with 4.x - let alone HR and BW
experts.
At the moment we're in the middle of an upgrade from 3.1H to 4.6B. We used
4.5B, then 4.6A as launchpads while we waited for the 4.6B distibution. It
may not have been the 'best' way to go about it - but it gave us an early
look into some of the new functionality.
I'm all for the increased use of this NG - there seems to be little
knowledge sharing in the SAP community - compared with other NG's, where
you find many talented induviduals lurking :) Perhaps we're always a bit
too busy...
