As I know that whatever we issue materials to sub-con, SAP won't charge to
sub-con. This case, sub-con will make a false confirmation on the stock
during stock inventory. Sub-con can lie on the stock and ask us to buy more
parts for them. In this case, how to prevent sub-con from to give us the
false qty?
