You're right, no standard method that I know of.
I have done this for clients, but I wrote a new ABAP to get the data,
and a SAPScript Layout set to format it, which printed the data on the
same headed paper as their SD invoice.
Its not too difficult, tables you may want to look at are BKPF, BSEG,
REGUH, REGUD, REGUP.
