Don't you lose functionality when you do this? I heard from SAP that there
are numerous problems when using MAPI to interface with Notes. Problems
include broken workflow, and inability to view reports.

(snip) The SAP Office e-mail is configurable via SMTP to communicate with
Lotus Notes. We are currently on SAP R/3 3.0E, and are tesing 3.1G, there
doesn't appear to be any barriers to doing the same thing in 3.1G as we are
doing in 3.0E.
