Every transaction that is entered in SAP has an associated document that
is created. Document history is automatically recorded and it contains
information relating to the document creator and the date of creation.
SAPtransactions also contain document change audot trails so that you
can have audi trails of any changes made to a document.
These can both be accessed through the SAP menu path.
