Hello all:

We are currently following an accelerated methodology (we being ICS) at
a client site in Canada.

We have combined a few steps from our "normal" methodology to speed the
process up.

The only ideas I can add now are that in order to maintain the
accelerated pace we have made a couple of assumptions:

1) We will have access to and be able to use previously created
materials (scripting documentation) from a client with similar
requirements. The access part is a given. We have not worked out how
much of the material will be useful yet.

2) We will have access to and support from colleagues who are working
with similar clients and who have a head start on us.

Essentially, its a communications game. So long as the proper channels
are maintained and we get enought support this will work.

The key aspect appears to be having everything you know up front and
assessing it. Also have the right communication channels established and
ready to go from day 1. Th longer it takes to get these things ironed
out, the further your slipping from your timeline.

That's all I can offer for now. Hope it helps.

John Keenan, ICS Deliotte
