SD Pricing - question on scales

Can anyone help me with the following please.
I'd like to have a (one) price condition with scales to
determine a price like this:
0-20 kg fixed price
plus a price per every additional kilo.
This is a combination of a graduated scale and a normal scale.
But you can't use both on one condition.
I thought of doing something with the lower limit, but that seems
to work only for manual entries.
Any suggestions?
