Usage decision via QM for subcontracting

Hi,
I am working on QM and we try to make an usage decision after making a good
receipt on a subcontract order(which means at palnt level).The inspection
lot is well created and our material is in inspection but when we try to
record the usage decision, there is no window proposal to post the stocks
and when we update the transaction the stock is still in quality
It works perfectly for normal Purchase order.
Is there a special set up to fo for subcontracting order?
We work with release 3.0D
