Hi,
Does anyone know of a convergent (telephone, internet, broadcast cable)
telecom billing system that integrates with R/3 and is in use today?
How about the customer care functionality scheduled for release by SAP in
1998. Does anyone know of a product that's on the market today. Any early
assessments of what SAP's product will be like compared to a mature product
on the market?
We're a small telecom carrier in Canada and we're assessing the various
options on the market.
