Have you downloaded the training catalog from SAP at their homepage
(www.sap-ag.com)? They offer tons of training courses, general as well as
specific.
Also, there are lots of referrenced books when you search for SAP through
any of the search engines. Especially if you can read German, there are
many books available - but also a variety of English books and papers.
