Any opinions?

Hello Hrishikesh,
I have been working with SAP R/3 for just over 3 years, the demand has
continued to rise for consultants. The catch is that the consultants in
highest demand are the more experienced ones. Clients are getting wiser
and don't want to pay for their consultant's training. I forsee the
demand growing at a slower, but steady pace. There are still several
large projects starting up without full staffing and others in the
pipeline.
As more functionality is added to SAP, existing customers may want to
upgrade. If they do choose to upgrade, it is likely that experienced
consultants will be brought in to help with the task.
There are also the medium sized companies - this market hasn't been
tapped to level it can be. This will provide SAP to sell their product
geared to this size company, ASAP. This market may also be the starting
point for consultants new to SAP but with solid business experience.
Best of luck,
Kimberly Blois
