ACCT: ABAP/4 Query

We have a need to generate a sequential file based on cost centre
Act/Plan $/Qty, this file is to be of the following format:
Cost Centre
Cost Element
Act $ YTD
Plan $ YTD
Act Qty YTD
Plan Qty YTD
So far I have been able to get ACT $ YTD but have not yet determined how
to get the plan figures.
I have also attempted to create such a file using Report Painter/Writer
but have not found a way to get the Cost Centre and Cost Element on same
line. Any insight would be appreciated, we do have existing ABAP/4 code we
can adapt but I would like to see if RW or Query can meet this need.
