1) In SPAD, make sure you are using access method 'S'
2) In SPAD, make sure you use the same printer name as defined to your
WIN95 Print Manager. For example, even though it is mapped to LPT1:, if
the printer name is "HP LaserJet 4" in your print manager, you must use the
same name in SPAD.
3) This is not a very stable way to print from the DEC...i.e. DEC to your
PC via SAPLPD, then from your PC the the network printer. You should
consider getting a HP JetDirect card (internal or external) for the
printer. This way the printer can be defined locally to the DEC as a
TCP/IP network printer.
