There is, for example, the Sybex book "Developing SAP's R/3 Applications
with ABAP/4" by R=FCdiger Kretschmer and Wolfgang Weiss, page 460.
The basics are simple: In the Development Workbench, create a transaction
using the menu path Development, Other Tools, Transactions. Enter
transaction name, press the leftmost button or F7 (Create), and follow the
screens.
